- 13:00 PM – Lighting the cauldron – traditional brewing of plum brandy demonstration and start of the “Best Homemade Plum Brandy” contest;
- 13:30 PM – 16:00 PM – OPEN STAGE – featuring visiting folk ensembles;
- 16:00 PM – 17:45 PM – “Best Homemade Plum Brandy” contest – results announcement and awarding of the winners;
- 17:45 PM – 18:30 PM – Concert of National Folklore Ensemble “BULGARE” featuring trio “Troyanka”.
