The brandy is destilled in November and December. However, not every household has its own still. Average of 10-15 households one owns a still.
For medium-sized still (130 to 150 liters) and at average production (for 10 liters mash you get 1 liter brandy), a nice 40°-45° brandy is obtained from 13 to 15 liters of those stills. |
