"BYAL MUZH (WHITE MAN)"

Necessary products:
3 kg. fresh sheep cheese (no salt)
0.5 kg. fresh sheep's milk
flour
sugar

Preparation
The cheese stays one day. Put it in a deep dish and crush it into small pieces. Place it on top of the fire and pour the milk. Stir with a wooden spoon until the cheese is melted. Pour flour as necessary to make a ball. Stir continuously until you see some oil being released.  Before taking it off the fire, pour sugar to taste.

 
Treacle - village Borima

Pour water enough to cover the plums without the stones.

Boil the plums without stones until they are completely soft. Rub them through a sieve and put the mash in a thin layer onto specially a prepared for the purpose board.

Put some olive oil or butter in a saucepan or deeper frying pan and fry some cornmeal until it becomes golden. Allow to cool.

Pie with homemade pastry and nuts and sweetened with syrup syrup with treacle instead of sugar is also very tasty.

750 ml water
1 coffee spoon citric acid

 
Plum Marmalade

Ingredients

5 kg ripe plums
2 kg sugar
2 tablespoons apple vinegar
2 teacups water
1 packet of cinnamon
2 teacups walnuts
10 gr citric acid

Choose the sweetest fruit. Leave them for 2-3 days to soften, then scald them and remove their skin and stones.
