Plum recipes

Pour water enough to cover the plums without the stones.

Boil until they are completely soft. When the plums cool down, rub them through a sieve. Then add 700 grams of sugar for each liter of liquid and boil until thickening.
Half an hour before it is ready, put 2-3 tablespoons of wood ash, bound in cloth bag in the putty. Once the treacle is fully compressed, the bag is removed and the finished product is sterilized in jars.
