Plum Jam

This jam is made from ripe and juicy fruits.

Мармалад от сини сливиPlums’ stones are removed, then the fruits are placed in the boiling pan with sugar (for 2 kg plums you need 1.5 kg sugar). Add a little water in the pan (1 kg plums - 1 cup water). Boil for half an hour.

The ready hot jam is put into jars.
