Beef with prunes

Ingredients:

750 g beef
0.500 kg prunes
100 ml vegetable oil (1/2 cup)
1 onion
5 grams of red pepper (1 teaspoon)
10 g sugar (1 teaspoon)
salt to taste

Preparation:

Fry the meat cut into medium-sized pieces in oil together with the fine cut onion, added after the meat gets red. Then add the red pepper, tomato paste, a teacup of warm water and salt to taste. While the meat slowly boils, the prunes are boiled separately. After adding them, the meat dish is not stirred but shaken from time to time. When the meat becomes softer, add diluted with a little water flour and a few minutes later put the turned into caramel sugar.
